Quit Smoking Secrets
Now as you read this I know that you are thinking its going to be tough to beat the beast and quit smoking , or if you have already quit then you may be looking for that little bit of extra help to stay on the wagon so to speak. To us this is the secret of quiting.
The important thing to do when you first start to quit is to remove yourself from situations where you would be put in a position that you would want to smoke. Now this may mean a bit of unsociable time but lets face it ,. This is your health we are talking about, your life even.
Initially when you remove yourself from the situation that could weaken your resolve you are simply taking steps over your initial start period , the period of least resistance a time where you can easily be convinced to have a quickie , because one won0t hurt. So you have stopped going out for awhile and the patches have started to kick in so you are starting to breath easier. You have a little more vitality and feel better.
