Cigarette smoking has turned out to be a matter of prestige for people nowadays. They often forget the danger hidden behind every puff that is inhaled. It is never an ignorance that always makes people go after this bad habit. Even cigarette packets warn you against the harmful effects. It is always a curiosity that paves way for an addiction.
The results brought in by smoking have active and passive sides. When your smoke reaches a passer by, they are compelled to take it in along with the oxygen. Once inside, it can cause all those disturbances that an active smoker feels.
Smokers saying that it gives them a feeling of mental relief justify smoking addiction. Having a smoke after food makes them feel it will speed up digestion.
